Kanzaki Chiro (real name: Yoshimura Hatsumi (吉村 羽津美)) was born 26 June, 1979 in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. She is a voice actress (seiyuu) affiliated with Office Watanabe. She was formerly with Genki Project, but left in August 2009.
