Pål Tøien, known as OnklP, is a norwegian rapper from asker. Tøien lived in Asker before moving to Lillehammer in Oppland county when he was 12. He first appeared as part of the rap collective Dirty Oppland, before reaching success with another Dirty Oppland member, Johnny Engdal "Jaa9" Silseth.
