Igarashi Hiromi was born December 13, 1986 in Hokkaido, Japan. She is a voice actress (seiyuu) affiliated with Mausu Promotion. Her blood type is O. She was amongst the finalists in the Puchiko Seiyuu Audition in 2008, which marked the start of her voice acting career.
