Shaghayegh Samen better known as Claudia Lynx is an Iranian actress, singer and model. Claudia was born in Tehran, Iran on June 8 1982 to Iranian parents, her mother died moments after giving birth to her, several months later, her family moved to Oslo, Norway. At the age of three, Claudia was discovered by an acting director named Katrina Karingeborg while was waiting with her Nanny at a children's dental office. she soon after, with the help of Katrina, began working as a child model for advertisements for children's products such as diapers. her family then moved to Canada a few years later, and 13-year-old Claudia started working as a children's program host on Tamasha TV, an Iranian television channel that aired only in Canada and the United States. She then moved to Los Angeles, United States to focus more seriously on acting and modeling. she was able to collaborate with fashion brands such as Levi's, Suhaag Magazine, Tehran Magazine and Diablo, and was also chosen as the advertising face of "Diablo Racing Wheels" in 2004. Lynx also began singing in 2004 with the help of Koji Zadori and "Taraneh Records" and in the same year she released her first album "Shaghayegh" in the Iranian market. in 2004, she made her acting debut as "Nefertiti" in the documentary "Ramses: Wrath of God or Man?" alongside Morgan Freeman for Discovery Channel, she has also acted in several Hollywood films and series, such as The West Wing, Legion of the Dead, Succubus: Hell-Bent, Lady Magdalene's and The Sixth.
