Ian Brimble was born in 1948 in Bristol, England. He is an actor, known for Sense and Sensibility (1995), Agatha Christie's Miss Marple: The Body in the Library (1984) and Get Real (1998). He was previously married to Fiona Mathieson. He is the son of Roy Brimble, fraternal twin brother of actor Vincent Brimble and the brother of actor Nick Brimble. Has retired from acting because of a stroke a number of years ago.
