Jeannie Carson

Jeannie Carson (born Jean Shufflebottom) was a popular Yorkshire comedienne & stage actress. She set sail for America in the 1950s after a spell on the British stage, and became best known for her roles in the sitcom Hey, Jeannie! as the Scottish character Jeannie MacLennan, and as Marcy Vincente in Search for Tomorrow
