A young woman (April Dawn) is Types of rape#Gang rape and murdered by the thugs who are a bikers gang like (Outlaw motorcycle club) in a California college town, sparking her brother Kevin (James Van Patten) to take up arms by night with a gang of like-minded vigilantes from his Fraternities and sororities, brutally punishing any miscreants they catch in a criminal act. In the meantime, Kevin debates the issue of violent crime in the U.S. with his teachers and others during the day. As Kevin and his gang head toward a final, bloody confrontation with the low-lifes who murdered his sister, other scenes show the difference between his character, now violent, and the people he is supposedly protecting. In the next one of kevin's friends are murdering by the gang rape and in next Kevin and his gang slaughter all criminals in the city and more they identified the gang murdering the sisters in the Bar (Black van with skull and leader with tatoo skull in right hand are informed in the radio of cops) and they are all killed and destroy the van and more the police investigate the bar with all dead. In the end Kevin and his gang suicide in home.
