六個30年代的雜技班少年，穿越時空隧道來到世博會前的上海，與12個學生發生一段亦師亦友的感動故事。關錦鵬的歌舞片點止百老匯式從頭跳唱到尾咁簡單，武術、雜技、特效與劇情透過銀幕上融合成電光幻影，轉化成色彩斑燦、歌精舞勁、精彩勵志的《用心跳》。杜可風、張叔平、李忠志用心拍，劉嘉玲、趙雅芝、李冰冰、鄧超、黃磊、胡軍、梁家輝、溫嵐群星帶動上海戲劇學院的同學用心跳，但骨子裡他們比小伙子跳得更投入，舞得更騷動。
