지구의 한 모퉁이로 악의 탈을 쓴 외계 3인이 날아들어 이들은 교통사고로 죽은 최강우에게 다시금 소생케 하며 초능력을 주어 모든 악한 짓을 최강우를 통해 한다. 이들이 최강우를 조종하여 화학박사 엄박사와 물리학박사 조박사를 납치하자 형래는 테일리와 같이 엄박사 구출작전에 뛰어들며 엄박사의 외아들 차돌이도 따라 나선다. 에스퍼맨 일행은 외계 3인과 일대 혈전이 벌어지고 차돌이와 우뢰매는 엄박사를 구출한다. 최강우도 차돌이의 어린 모습에서 동생 미란의 모습을 상상 제정신으로 돌아오게 되어 에스퍼맨 일행과 함께 외계인들과 일전이 또 벌어지며 결국 승리는 정의편에 돌아온다.
