Saw Tooth is a character in the Wrong Turn horror film series. He is a deformed mutant cannibal and one of the main antagonists in the series. Saw Tooth is the leader of the cannibal brothers, Three Finger and One Eye. He is 7'4" and is a formidable champion and watchdog for their West Virginia stronghold.
