When a prominent lawyer is murdered, his wife is promptly arrested and charged for the crime. She then points the finger at her stepson whom she claimed to be having an affair with. This gave enough reasonable doubt to get her a mistrial but twee years later, prosecutors arrested and charged her again. Second time round proved unlucky for her.
