孤高の修行者・山中狼介（窪塚洋介）は、危険な宗教家・阿闍梨（千原ジュニア）の家で行方不明になる。一方、謎の暗殺者・新野風（松田龍平）は、狼介の彼女・野々花（芋生 悠）から捜索を依頼される。やがて、狼介と新野は法螺貝に導かれて狼蘇山で対面し、次元を超えて鏡の洞窟で対峙する。過去から現在、そして未来を駆け巡り、日本から地球、さらに宇宙に辿り着いた、彼らが見たものとは・・・？
