　　两个凤姐 (林建明饰 Jo, 狄桦饰 De De) 合住一小区内，时常光顾楼下达记小卖部，店主达记（吕良伟饰）丧偶和女儿小敏两个人生活。　　De De 结识了富少马田 (艾迪饰) 不顾 Jo 苦苦相求欲上岸嫁人，被玩弄感情后回到了台湾。　　Jo 有个妹妹阿冰 (陈玉莲饰) 还在读书，因姐姐而被同学看不起从学校出走，去按摩店打工也不到姐姐处，后被 Jo 和达记找回。　　变态杂工大傻 (郑则仕饰) 因偷内衣被开除后开起了出租车，一日 Jo 和阿冰上车与其口角了几句，竟将两人绑架。。。
