Théo, Antillais, est embauché comme homme de ménage dans les toilettes d'un centre commercial. Avec ses collègues, I-Free et Mme Sainte-Rose, une mission difficile l'attend : redorer l'image de cet établissement envahi par une clientèle assez inhabituelle.
