2022年的台北，已經是一個多元的城市。一座位在台北在淡水河與新店溪沖刷上的三角洲上，有一座擁有55年歷史提供整個首都食材的傳統市場，他們叫它「環南」。有人的地方就有江湖，1991年的「環南市場」當然就有了「環南四少」！有少年的地方就有氣血方剛的純愛，只不過屬於「環南四少」的純愛，跟市場多元的食材一樣，有著如秘密一般的多元情感。唯一的證據，就是那張只有三個人，卻標明「環南四少」的照片。但當年大家都不知道這「三男一女」的環南四少，其中大家以為28歲的第四少，居然來自2022年⋯⋯。
