Burr plays Frank Jordan, a man who was wrongfully imprisoned. Upon his release he becomes a lawyer and establishes the Jordan Foundation, whose goal is to give the wrongfully imprisoned, one last chance at absolution. And when a young girl who has been imprisoned for four years, he sets out to vindicate her but gets a lot of opposition from the police chief who was one of the arresting officers four years ago.
