He is the head contractor of Scapelli Construction, and Mario Bros. Plumbing's conpetitor. He demands that they leave so he can continue construction. He also harrases Daisy and her coworkers in order to get them to stop. Later, when the dimensions merge, he gets turned into a monkey by the de-evolution gun.
