Songs She Wrote About People She Knows

Carol, an office worker who has trouble expressing especially negative feelings which has led to those feelings being bottled up inside her, takes an idea from a self-help workshop she attends: to place those feelings in impromptu, stream of consciousness songs to get them out. She takes that concept to the next step by actually leaving voice messages of those songs to the subjects, the source of those negative feelings. While this action results in Carol burning bridges with most of those people for who she's left these voice message songs, it has a unique effect one recipient, Dave, her middle management boss who arguably is the biggest wrath of those negative feelings and who she, to use her own term, considers an asshole. The question then becomes whether both Carol and Dave can get out of the process what they want.
