ترفض مطربة شابة الزواج من صاحب الملهى الليلي الذى تعمل به، فيطردها منه بعد رفضها. تلتقي بشاب ثري وتقع في حبه، ويحاولان الزواج، لكن ترفض أمه إتمام هذه الزيجة، وتتدخل لإبعادها عنه، يُصاب أحمد بصدمة تفقده صوابه، مما يشعر أمه بالذنب، وتحاول إصلاح ما أفسدته.
