On her way to spend her summer vacation on the beautiful island of Corfu, the statuesque but impecunious hotel receptionist, Mina, has a chance encounter with Jimis Darzentos, the handsome and self-assured son of an affluent hotelier. Of course, no one on the ship knows that Jimis is travelling incognito, and as one thing leads to another, before long, Mina finds herself posing as the pampered daughter of the wealthy shipowner, Vergis.
