The times have changed from a petroleum war to that of a global water conflict. Yatsushima, a nation rich in water resources, was taken over by neighboring countries which turned the Yatsushima government into its puppet. With their water resources drained, the people suffer greatly. Young men and women fed up with their circumstances stand up to lead the Yatsushima Revolution, and the sparks of a new battle are ignited.
