Against the backdrop of bottled-up emotions and deep-seated feelings, a reluctant Kostas and his young daughter arrive in his mother Keti's hospitable home for the annual birthday celebration of the family's patriarch, Yannis. But, things have always been complicated between father and son, and now, after so many years, it seems that time still hasn't healed the profound and angry wounds of the past. After all, it's all Yannis' fault, and even though Keti hates to admit it, her beloved spouse hasn't been there for his son. Now, once more, Kostas' mother asks for transcendence. Is forgiveness the only road to salvation? Either way, do they have time for one more dance? —Nick Riganas
