It is a short film made by the Japanese animation studio of Khara founded by Hideaki Anno, one of the founding members of Gainax to whom we owe Evangelion 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and Final. On the occasion of the Japan Animator Expo 2014, the studios decided to present ME!ME!ME!
