Nicky Koch ist Mitte Vierzig, erfolgreiche Chefeinkäuferin bei einem angesagten Online-Shop und mit ihrem deutlich jüngeren Kollegen Sascha Brehmer liiert. Als sie sich über ihre Chefs hinwegsetzt, wird sie gefeuert. Ausgerechnet Sascha soll ihren Posten übernehmen. In dieser Krise kommt ihr die Einladung zum 25-jährigen Klassentreffen gerade recht. À 39 ans, Nikki est directrice des ventes d'une boutique en ligne et entretient une relation avec son jeune collègue de 27 ans, Sacha. Lorsqu'elle se renvoyer virer suite à un conflit avec sa direction et que Sacha est nommé pour la remplacer, Nikki le quitte et décide de se rendre à une réunion d'anciens élèves de son village natal. Elle y retrouve le bel Alex, dont elle était secrètement amoureuse à l'époque, et passe une nuit torride jusqu'à ce que son fils débarque chez lui : Sacha !
