Die Kunsthändlerin Juliane Wenzel hat sich auf asiatische Antiquitäten spezialisiert. Doch ohne ihren Mann, der nach einem Bootsunfall verschollen ist, gehen die Geschäfte schlecht. Jetzt muss sie wegen eines seltsamen Einbruchs in ihrer asiatischen Filiale auch noch nach Malakka fliegen. Dabei stößt sie auf Hinweise, dass ihr Mann in illegale Geschäfte verwickelt war. Schon bald schwebt Juliane in großer Gefahr.
