敗戦直後の上野。青年・哲は、ある日、以前バクチを教えてくれた上州虎と偶然会う。虎に連れられチンチロ部落に足を踏み入れた哲は、なけなしの金でプロのバクチ打ちであるドサ健の張りにノッた。おかげで相当勝ったが、その大半をコーチ料としてドサ健にとられてしまう。
