جندي يفرج عنه بعد 28 سنة سجن في المنفى، فيصيبه اليأس الشديد "إلى درجة الانتحار"، فتزوره ابنته سريعاً في مسكنه المتواضع "الكوخ" بعد أن فرقت الحرب بينهما وهي في عمر 8 أشهر، فيكون هذا أول لقاء لابنته.
