يقرر (سعداوي) و(فتوح) و(عزب)، المساجين بسجن أبو زعبل عقب قضائهم لفترة عقوبتهم التوبة عن حياة الجريمة، وبعد خروجهم من السجن يجدوا أنفسهم في مواجهة مع المعلم عبدالرازق الذي يرفض رد الحقوق لعزب.
