La historia de una pareja de torpes detectives uruguayos que emprenden la misión de ir en auxilio de una huérfana y muy rica heredera a Argentina. No les será muy sencillo enfrentar las mil y una dificultades que les espera en el camino. Los enfrentamientos con bandidos que asolan la región y que los harán retroceder más de una vez, no serán el único peligro.
