Beba es una mujer de la clase media alta argentina que ve venirse a menos su status con la cada vez más tremenda hecatombe financiera de su país. A partir de allí, todo cambia en su vida, principalmente su relación con su mucama de toda la vida, Dora, testigo silente de los últimos y tambaleantes bastiones económicos de su patrona, quien hace seis meses que no puede pagarle el sueldo.
