LET TIMMY SMOKE follows several characters in the cannabis industry leading up to the 2010 California election and the vote on Proposition 19, an initiative to legalize marijuana. From the point of view of a grower, an activist, a lobbyist and the opposition the film captures a moment in time when legalization truly seemed possible.
