Une équipe s'est donné pour mission de retrouver la trace de soldats français disparus au cours de la guerre de Corée. Serge Tignères filme leur travail.
It is the story of three men, three French soldiers who lost their lives seventy years ago, in a distant conflict. The Korean War, which began in June 1950, pitted South Korea, backed by the United Nations, against North Korea, backed by China and the Soviet Union. Between 1951 and 1953, nearly three thousand five hundred French soldiers took part in it, within a battalion placed under the aegis of the UN. Among them, Roland Vassort, Joseph Massin and Claude-Bernard Pous are missing following the Chinese offensive of October 6, 1952 on Arrow-Head Ridge. Researchers and their family members are now trying to find and identify their bodies.
