À la suite d’un rapport non public du ministère de l’intérieur recensant 222 bandes en France, le gouvernement a récemment voté « la loi anti-bande». Le réalisateur est retourné dans ces quartiers où il a grandi, avec sa caméra, pour tenter de comprendre le phénomène des bandes.
