Soma, una inmigrante de un país derrotado, vive como una vidente en Japón. Ella es salvada de oficiales corruptos de la corte por Kojiro Masakado, un guerrero de Bando. Se ven envueltos en un conflicto entre Bando y las fuerzas imperiales.
