L'impensable est enfin arrivé et une équipe de télévision sera là pour témoigner de l'événement : Alexandre Goübrick, fils du cinéaste mythique Roman Goübrick, a décidé, vingt-cinq ans après la mystérieuse disparition de son père, d'achever l'ultime chef-d'œuvre du célèbre réalisateur. C'est ainsi qu'Alexandre part à la recherche de l'ancienne équipe de son père et tente désespérément de trouver la pièce manquante du film : le dernier plan.
