約200年前、東北地方の村で隕石が落下しました。 影響を受けた直後は被害はありませんでしたが、しばらくして、近くに住んでいる村人が遺伝子変異を経験し、数人が「特別な力」を得ました。 これらの勢力は「呪われた勢力」として恐れられ、殺害された者もいれば、これらの勢力が持つ重さのために自殺した者もいれば、誰も知らずに村を去った者もいた。 しかし、これらの権限の発生の範囲はこれに限定されませんでした。
