Two American crimefighters from New York City find themselves in Yugoslavia. Private Investigatore Jo Walker is on the trail of a missing nuclear scientist whilst New York Police Department Captain Tom Rowland is training a local police force. Their paths cross on a path of pretty girls and frequent murders leading to an evil mastermind named Oberon. Oberon has murdered his business partners and has amassed a collection of radioactive gold bullion on an island in the Adriatic Sea guarded by a private army of hypnotised women.
