Un gruppo di amici, che trascorrono il fine settimana in una casa nell'isolata campagna, viene attaccato da uno sciame di tafani assassini che si nutrono di carne umana come i piranha. Il gruppo presto scopre che l'unico deterrente che riesce a tenere lontani gli insetti è il THC, l'ingrediente principale che compone la cannabis. La loro unica speranza di sopravvivenza è dunque data dal consumo di erba, con tutte le conseguenze del caso.
Während eines Ausfluges in die Berge, wird eine Gruppe von Freunden in einem abgelegenen Haus von einem gierigen Schwarm Killer-Moskitos attackiert, die sich wie Piranhas von Menschenfleisch ernähren.
