Le jour où une étrange brume mortelle submerge Paris, des survivants trouvent refuge dans les derniers étages des immeubles et sur les toits de la capitale. Sans informations, sans électricité, sans eau ni nourriture, une petite famille tente de survivre à cette catastrophe... Mais les heures passent et un constat s'impose : les secours ne viendront pas et il faudra, pour espérer s’en sortir, tenter sa chance dans la brume...

Sięgająca najwyższych pięter śmiercionośna mgła całkowicie sparaliżowała Paryż. Pojawiła się nagle, zbierając krwawe żniwo wśród niespodziewających się niczego mieszkańców. Przeżyli wyłącznie ci, którym udało się w porę dostać na będące poza jej zasięgiem dachy budynków. Pozbawieni dostępu do wody i jedzenia próbują przetrwać katastrofę... Gdy stanie się jasne, że żadna pomoc nie nadejdzie, będą musieli sami stawić czoła zagrożeniu i zanurzyć się w spowity mgłą Paryż. Ale jak to zrobić, gdy każdy oddech może skończyć się śmiercią?

Parisian girl Sarah is one of a group of children who has a mysterious auto-immune syndrome that forces them to live in hermetically-sealed capsules, while her parents, scientists Mathieu and Anna, desperately search for a cure. Soon after Mathieu returns from Canada with news of a possible breakthrough. A while later, there is an apparent earthquake, followed by the release of a deadly gas which emerges from the ground and begins to spread through the streets, killing everyone who is caught in it and inhaling the toxic fumes.
