A teenager ends up being hounded by a well-groomed and seemingly cute and tiny dog that actually turns out to be a nightmare of a beast.

Jay Marshall é um menino que não deseja ir a um colégio militar e a sua saída é conseguir uma bolsa de estudos num colégio. Para conseguir se safar dessa, ele faz toda uma apresentação bem feita que é roubada por Ronny Van Dusen, um outro aluno.
