Betty Foster, a high school student, has a crush on Bobby Evans, who is more interested in sports than girls. Betty and her kid brother,Herbie, follow Bobby and Lucille Stewart, Betty's competitor in the pursuit of Bobby. Betty's efforts to have Bobby crowned King of the Camp, and win his lover, almost ruin her father, Joe Foster (Arthur Space), financially.
