Danny Churchill (Mickey Rooney), a young philandering playboy (lifestyle), is taken out of Yale University by his concerned father and sent to "Cody College of Mines and Agriculture" in Codyville, somewhere in the American West, in the hope that he'll stay away from girls and concentrate on his studies.
