Jan es una chef española que vive y trabaja en Nueva York y no siente ningún tipo de apego por su tierra. La muerte inesperada de su padre le lleva a volver a Tabarca, una pequeña isla en Alicante.
Jan works as a chef in a top restaurant in Manhattan. She is a workaholic without personal attachements. The sudden death of her father, makes her leave NY for a few days and go back to Tabarca, a tiny island in Spain by the Mediterranean Sea. She thought she had no roots, she had changed, but the Island does not think so.
