Fantômas se déchaîne

Ein Jahr nachdem Kommissar Juve dafür sorgte, dass Fantomas die Welt nicht mehr in Angst und Schrecken versetzt, wird er zum Ritter der Ehrenlegion geschlagen. Der Ruhm ist jedoch nur von kurzer Dauer, denn Fantomas schlägt nämlich wieder zu. Er entführt einen hochrangigen Wissenschaftler um die Weltmacht an sich zu reißen. Allerdings braucht er dazu auch Professor Lefèbvre, der den Journalisten Fandor auf eine Idee bringt. Er verkleidet sich als Lefèbvre um Fantomas in eine Falle zu locken. Anfangs wusste Juve jedoch nicht Bescheid, und so kommt es zu einigen Komplikationen, vor allem als alle Beteiligten plötzlich die Gefangenen von Fantomas sind.

L'inspecteur Juve et ses compagnons commencent à connaître les méthodes diaboliques de Fantômas. Aussi, lorsque le professeur Marchand disparaît mystérieusement, l'étrange personnage masqué est immédiatement soupçonné. Mais Juve et ses acolytes sont pris à leur propre piège. Juve ne parvient pas à mettre la main sur Fantômas, qui s'enfuit dans sa DS volante, traçant un "F" dans un ciel bleu azur.

In the second episode of the trilogy Fantômas kidnaps distinguished scientist professor Marchand with the aim to develop a super weapon that will enable him to menace the world. Fantômas is also planning to abduct a second scientist, professor Lefebvre. Journalist Fandor develops an ingenious scheme whereby he disguises himself as Lefebvre and attends a scientific conference in Rome, Italy to lure Fantômas into attempting to kidnap him.
