高翔是保险的高层人员，他经营各种犯罪事业，将警方玩弄于股掌之间，城门河发生械劫，损失一百五十万美元，做案的是越境犯案的大圈仔，由于款项在翔的保险公司投保，翔因此对案情展开调查，判定事情必有内鬼，这触法起翔一个犯罪念头，假如他能够在护卫公司埋伏内应，向他提供解款车的行车路线，随时可劫款得手，翔于是展开计划，并勾搭上护卫公司的女经理。
