Franco won the Spanish Civil War thanks to the network of spies he wove in France. This network served to designate targets that needed to be bombed in the Republican zone, to sabotage Republican interests, to buy favours, and to move people from one side to the other. We follow this story of suspense, betrayal and violence, in which the German Nazis, the Italian fascists and the French far right played a key role. The documentary is based on the unpublished archives of the French secret police.
