Ohne die Erfüllung ihres letzten Willens findet die todkranke Mutter von Paul und Susanne keine Ruhe: Sie möchte in der alten Heimat bestattet werden. Nachdem das Geschwisterpaar mit viel List jegliche Behördenwillkür umgangen hat, steht der Rückkehr nichts mehr im Wege. Aber ausgerechnet jetzt, kurz vor ihrem Heimatumzug, stirbt ihre Mutter. Wie gut, daß Paul und Susanne eine große Kühltruhe habenä.
