Five eccentric dog owners seek help in dealing with their four-legged companions. Their last hope: an intensive course with the charismatic and enigmatic dog trainer Nodon in the Tyrolean Alps. The motley crew includes dog-hating politician Ursula, who has adopted the stubborn dog Brenda to polish her public image; naïve Babs with her big, boisterous dog Torsten; the constantly bickering married couple Ziggy and Helmut with their pampered Yorkshire terrier Gaga; and, last but not least, the distant Hakan, who doesn’t trust his insecure Belgian Shepherd Roxy. With unconventional methods, dog trainer Nodon tries to coach the overwhelmed two-legged participants, as it quickly becomes clear that they are the ones who need help – not their loyal four-legged companions.
