El rico Gyosan Money organiza un nuevo torneo de artes marciales y Mr. Satan desafía a todos los luchadores. Mientras Piccolo y Vegeta se mantienen al margen, Gohan, Trunks y Krilin se clasifican para la final del torneo. Lo que desconocen es que el poderoso Bojack y su banda han escapado de la prisión y pretenden conquistar del Universo. Goku observa desde el Más Allá como sus amigos van cayendo hasta quedar sólo Gohan.

Dopo la sconfitta di Cell, Gohan e i suoi amici partecipano a un torneo di arti marziali di proporzioni gigantesche, a cui dovrebbero partecipare anche dei (falsi) alieni. Purtroppo, però, al posto di questi partecipano degli alieni veri, determinati a seminare morte e distruzione.

大富豪・マネーが開催する天下一大武道大会に出場する悟飯たち。今回は特別ゲストとして、４つの銀河を代表する銀河戦士たちが招かれた。悟飯たちは順調に予選を勝ち抜き、決勝へ進出。一方、銀河戦士たちは、かつて界王たちに封印された極悪人・ボージャック一味とすり替わっていた。悪事を働こうと、悟飯たち出場選手に襲いかかるボージャックたち。悟空不在の現在、対抗できるのは悟飯しかいない！

Bojack is the main villain of the movie. His goal is to conquer the universe and destroy all those that stand in his way. According to North Kaio, he was sealed by all four Kais in a star, but when Son Goku (Dragon Ball) teleported the devolved, ready to self-destruct Cell (Dragon Ball) to King Kai's planet, killing him, the seal had broken, allowing Bojack to reap destruction upon the Earth.
