ناهد ابنة لسيدة من الأثرياء، معروفة بقسوتها، تقع في حب حسن ولكن في نفس الوقت ترفض أمها زواجهما، وفي يوم من الأيام تفاجأ الأم بابنتها مع حسن في مكان عام، فتسرع ناهد بالهرب وتصطدم بسيارة فتفقد ذاكرتها وتهرب وتبحث عنها الأم.
